KU-HEART (Koç University Health Humanities and Art) is a student community that has completed its establishment as of 2021 and aims to bring everyone within Koç University, especially Koç University School of Medicine students, closer to the theme of humanities in health. In addition to carrying out various studies in line with its purpose, KU-HEART contributes to the joint work of the school of medicine and other faculties; It focuses on the concept of “human”, which is the common essence within the trio of health sciences, humanities and arts. In this context, it follows various ways to move medical faculty students to an interdisciplinary ground.
