Doç. Dr. Evren Şentürk İstanbul’da doğdu. Özel Ortadoğu lisesinden mezun olduktan sonra İstanbul Üniversitesi İstanbul Tıp Fakültesini 1997 yılında bitirdi. Aynı fakültede anestezi bölümünü kazandıktan sonra 2003 yılında uzman oldu. “Ventilasyon İlişkili Akciğer Hasarında Hiperkarbi'nin Koruyucu Rolü” başlıklı tezini tamamladı. Eylül 2005’de Türkiye de ilk olarak “European Diploma of Intensive Care”sahibi oldu. Evli ve iki çocuk annesidir.
