Liver transplantation immunology; immune cells and molecules involved in immunological and molecular mechanism behind tolerance and autoimmunity including regulatory T cells, B cells, MAIT, natural killer cells. The pathophysiological mechanisms of rare paediatric liver diseases encompassing but not limited to cholestatic liver disorders, drug induced liver disease, autoimmune liver diseases as well as complication such as PTLD and gastrointestinal allergy. Available infrastructure: 14-colour flow cytometry, FACS Aria-III and a lab exclusively dedicated for transplantation immunology named as Transplant Immunology Research Centre of Excellence (TIREX).
